A deposit of £150 per apartment per week is required to confirm a booking.

 

Payment of the balance of the total cost of the holiday is due six weeks prior to arrival.

 

Cancellation will result in loss of the deposit and unless the apartment is re-let, liability for the total cost.

 

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

 

Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

 

Single sex groups are not accepted.

 

The apartment will be available from 3.30pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 10am on departure day.
